March 6: Nasal Fracture
This session will impart a strategic perspective that allows the learner to develop a process to evaluate and treat nasal fractures. We will review history, physical examination, imaging, and therapeutic approaches. The surgical approaches included in this session include closed reduction techniques and open reduction techniques. A question-and-answer period will also be included.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to Determine a strategy to assess whether a nasal fracture should be approached in the office or ED setting or in the operating room setting Consider whether imaging is necessary and what type of imaging is optimal Develop a perspective on the use of spreader grafts in secondary nasal reconstruction after trauma -
